How long does shipping usually take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days via standard shipping. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 14-21 business days.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of physical media, we cannot accept returns on opened records or discs unless they are proven to be defective.
Are your vinyl records brand new or used?
All items sold directly through the Cleopatra Records store are brand new, factory-sealed pressings unless specifically marked as 'Vintage' or 'Open Box' in the product description.
Do you provide tracking numbers for all orders?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly through our fulfillment center. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, it can no longer be modified.
